We are proud to say we’ve completed our Stitch It workshop series for 2023!

It was an amazing end to our mending series held at a beautiful office space provided by Tax Traders, with delicious drinks & nibbles, a very informative talk about sewing and embroidery machines by Mandy Chamberlin from Echnida and Brother Sewing, and great energy all around from our attendees!

Our talented instructors, Whitney and Sarah, provided awesome garment-cutting and sewing machine lessons - our attendees went home with new skills and a newfound enthusiasm for sewing. 🧵

Thank you so much to our partner ‘Fashion Revolution New Zealand’, and our sponsor ‘The Fabric Store’, for helping us bring this educational workshop series to life this year. Your support has helped empower our attendees by teaching them life-long skills in mending, while also fundraising for our clinical services.

We appreciate everyone who has been a part of our Stitch It workshop, and we hope to see you all again at our future events. 😊
